Kazantzakis’ impressions from his travels in Spain in 1932-33 and 1936. Appeared in an early form in I Kathimerini newspaper (21.5-3.6.1933 and 24.11.1936-17.1.1937). The work incorporated impressions from the author’s first ever journey to Spain in 1926, which Kazantzakis reworked while on Aegina in 1934.
