40 YEARS NIKOS KAZANTZAKIS MUSEUM - PROGRAM OF EVENTS

The Nikos Kazantzakis Museum, one year after its official recognition by the Ministry of Culture, has the great pleasure of celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. As part of the celebration of this important anniversary, it is organizing a rich program of multi-thematic events and activities that will take place all over Crete.

This anniversary trip of the Museum is carried out with the co-organization of the Region of Crete and with important co-travellers the Municipalities of Agios Nikolaos, Archanos-Asterousia, Heraklion, Rethymno, Sitia, and Chania. The program includes rich events that will take place at the Museum's headquarters in Myrtia, but also large productions that will travel throughout Crete to emblematic historical and religious landmarks.

Participation in all anniversary events and activities of the Kazantzakis Museum is free of charge.
