New public bus routes to Myrtia village

From Friday 5/8/2022, Nikos Kazantzakis Museum is connected to Heraklion with two additional routes of the public bus services, thus making it easier for our visitors to come to Myrtia village and our museum.

We sincerely thank the President of KTEL Heraklion-Lasithi SA, Mr. Manolis Hahlioutis, who immediately responded to our request.

The new routes are as follows:

Every Monday and Friday, bus line: Heraklion – Kastelli:

13.00: Departure from Heraklion to Kastelli. Disembark in Myrtia at the height of the "Liotrivi" tavern.

15.00: Departure from Kasteli to Heraklion. Disembark in Myrtia at the height of the "Liotrivi" tavern.
