The Nikos Kazantzakis Museum warmly congratulates Mr. Stefanos Trahanas for being awarded the "Ethical Order Award" of the Municipality of Heraklion for 2023.
Stefanos Trahanas has given the mark of his contribution to society, which is his dominant belief, through all the places that were lucky enough to include him in their stuff. Among them is The Nikos Kazantzakis Museum. Mr. Stefanos Trahanas was a member of the Board of Directors of the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum for a number of years, and from this position he contributed the most to the development of the Museum and to its establishment in the consciousness of society as a model center of culture.
We consider his selection for the Ethical Order Award of the Municipality of Heraklion to be a self-evident recognition and reward of his contribution to the society of Crete and beyond.
The Award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 19:00, in the event hall of the Vikelaia Municipal Library.
